* Kamu merasa prosesnya terlalu rumit atau tidak punya waktu untuk mengurusnya sendiri dan memutuskan menggunakan jasa pihak ketiga (biro jasa).
* Kendaraan tersebut atas nama perusahaan dan pengurusan pajaknya diwakilkan kepada staf atau karyawan yang ditunjuk.
Intinya, kapan pun si pemilik sah kendaraan tidak bisa atau tidak mau datang sendiri untuk mengurus pajak 5 tahunan, surat kuasa adalah jembatan legal agar prosesnya tetap bisa berjalan lancar diwakili orang lain. Identitas Lengkap¶
Ini adalah bagian paling fundamental. Surat kuasa harus jelas menyebutkan siapa yang memberi kuasa (pemberi kuasa) dan siapa yang menerima kuasa (penerima kuasa). Informasi yang dibutuhkan meliputi:
* Nama lengkap sesuai KTP.
* Nomor Induk Kependudukan (NIK) atau nomor identitas lain (misalnya untuk badan usaha).

AMANPOUR: Welcome to the program, everyone. I’m Christiane Amanpour in London.
Is the world heading for war? As Russia intensifies its attack on Ukraine, the United States and its allies are weighing whether to send the eastern European nation more advanced fighter jets and battle tanks. The Kremlin is warning this would be a dangerous escalation. President Biden has been talking with European leaders about the latest moves. Meanwhile, President Zelenskyy is pleading for more weapons to push back the Russian onslaught.
Earlier today, I spoke to Admiral Rob Bauer. He is the chair of the NATO Military Committee, which is the senior military advisor to NATO and its member states. I asked him whether, given the latest developments, we were moving towards or away from a major war.

ADM. ROB BAUER, CHAIR, NATO MILITARY COMMITTEE: Well, the war has been going on for almost a year, and it is a major war. It is a major war on the European continent. It’s a major war in the European theater. And we don’t know how long it will last. And in order to make sure that we can continue to defend our citizens and deter any potential adversary, we need to prepare ourselves for the conflict to last maybe decades. The Russians have shown that they want to return to the past and they want to restore the former Soviet Union or the larger Soviet Union, and that is a threat that we have to take seriously. And that’s why we are now in a situation where we have to be able to defend ourselves if that, by any chance, should happen.
AMANPOUR: Admiral, is it fair to say that the West was not prepared for this war? It was always described as a possibility, but it seems the level of preparation for a long war, for the needs of Ukraine, for the needs of NATO militaries themselves, wasn’t quite there. Is that fair to say?
BAUER: I wouldn’t say that we were not prepared. But I think that we were focusing, and that is also in the documents that we have produced like the NATO 2030 document and the Strategic Concept. We were focusing on the fight against terrorism, on cyber, on hybrid threats, on things like that. And in 2019, when the Military Strategy was produced, we already mentioned the return of state-on-state conflict.
So it was not that we were not aware of it, but the focus of the last 30 years, of course, since the fall of the Berlin Wall, has been on smaller operations and not on large-scale war fighting. And we have to go back to that. We have to go back to making sure that we are able to conduct that kind of warfare. That means that we need to produce weapons faster. We need to increase the defense industrial base. We need to make sure that we have enough reserves, enough ammunition, enough spare parts, and we need to make sure that we have trained personnel, from the recruits all the way up to the generals, to lead these operations.
So we are in the process of doing that. NATO defense spending has increased in the last couple of years. The plans that are now being developed in NATO are based on the fact that we need to be able to defend ourselves. And, yes, that means that there is a shift in focus from the last 30 years to the future.
AMANPOUR: So, you’re talking about producing more weapons faster, increasing the defense industrial base. But right now, today, Ukraine is asking for tanks, Leopard 2 tanks. Germany is hedging. President Zelenskyy has appealed directly to Germany and other allies to provide these tanks. Why is there such a hesitation?
BAUER: Well, the hesitation is there because of the considerations that each and every nation has to make. This is about a capability, the Leopard 2 tanks, that is a very capable tank. It’s a good tank. And it’s very valuable for the Ukrainians in their fight against the Russian aggression.
But, of course, nations look at their own stock levels. They look at their own readiness. They look at what they need for their own defense. And then they make a decision. And I understand that the decision-making process in democracies takes time. That’s the way it is.
But I’m confident that we will come to a decision in the near future. And we have seen, the last couple of days, how this discussion is developing. And we also see that more and more nations are open to send Leopard tanks. So, I expect that that decision will be taken very soon.
AMANPOUR: So, you do expect that decision to be taken very soon? And if it is, how much difference can that make on the battlefield for Ukraine?
BAUER: Well, it’s not about one single capability. It’s about the whole package. It’s about the tanks, it’s about the armored personnel carriers, it’s about the artillery, it’s about the ammunition, it’s about the logistics, it’s about the training. All these things are important to make sure that Ukraine can push back the Russians.
And the tanks are an important part of that, because they give Ukraine the ability to break through the Russian defensive lines, to maneuver, to surprise the enemy, to liberate more of their territory. So, it’s a very important capability.
And the decision to send tanks is not just about sending tanks. It’s also about providing the training, the maintenance, the spare parts, the logistics. So, it’s a complex package. But I’m confident that the allies will provide that package to Ukraine.
AMANPOUR: Admiral, the Kremlin says that sending more advanced weapons to Ukraine will be a dangerous escalation and will prolong the war. What do you say to that?
BAUER: Well, that’s the narrative that Russia has been using from the beginning. They say that any support to Ukraine is an escalation. But we are supporting Ukraine in its right to defend itself, which is a fundamental right under international law. Ukraine is being attacked by Russia, and Ukraine has the right to defend itself. And we, the allies, are helping Ukraine to do that.
The only way to de-escalate is for Russia to stop the war, to withdraw its troops from Ukraine, and to negotiate a peaceful solution. As long as Russia continues its aggression, we will continue to support Ukraine.

AMANPOUR: Russia is not the only country where the military is playing a major role in the lives of citizens. Brazil’s President Lula has fired the head of the army after failing to remove protesters from the streets of the capital. The supporters of the former President Bolsonaro stormed the government buildings last week.
Journalist Jamil Chade joins me now from Geneva.

What do you make of this decision by President Lula? Is this about rooting out Bolsonaro loyalists?
JAMIL CHADE, JOURNALIST AND AUTHOR: Christiane, it’s absolutely about that. This is the beginning of a purge, if you will, inside the Brazilian military. And it is extremely important for Lula to solidify his power and, at the same time, try to avoid a new attempt of a coup d’etat in Brazil.
So, this decision today by Lula to remove the chief of the army is the first step. He’s going to announce, probably, a reform in the coming days or weeks inside the military, to make sure that those who are loyal to the constitution and to democracy are in power, and those who were involved or somehow sympathized with the insurrection of January 8 are removed.
AMANPOUR: You say it’s the first step. What other steps do you expect? And how deep does this purge need to go, given the long history of the military in Brazil’s political life?
CHADE: That’s a very important question, Christiane. The military has been involved in Brazil’s political life for centuries. They ruled the country for more than two decades during the military dictatorship. And even after the return to democracy, they maintained a very important role in the country’s politics.
Bolsonaro, being a former captain himself, brought the military even closer to the center of power. He appointed military officers to key positions in his government, including in the cabinet and state-owned companies. This created a very strong link between the military and Bolsonaro’s political project.
Lula’s challenge now is to break that link and restore the military’s role as a state institution, not a political one. This means removing not only the top leadership but also mid-level officers who may be sympathetic to Bolsonaro’s ideology. It’s a delicate balance, because he needs to do this without causing a backlash or creating a sense of persecution within the ranks.
We can expect to see changes in the leadership of other branches of the military, like the air force and the navy. We might also see investigations into the conduct of military personnel during the January 8 events, and potential disciplinary actions or even legal consequences for those found to have participated or facilitated the insurrection.
AMANPOUR: Given the recent events and the historical context you just described, how stable do you think Brazil’s democracy is right now?
CHADE: Brazil’s democracy is definitely facing a significant challenge. The events of January 8 were a stark reminder of the fragility of democratic institutions when they are under attack from within.
